This grade is great to take daily by the spoon, all year round for general physical health and upkeep, but particularly in winter to help boost your immune system to fight those common ills & chills.
It can also be used as a topical ointment for wounds such as cuts, boils, cold sores, itchy bites, sun burn, or even as a hydrating face mask.

We recommend not using this grade in any warm environments (hot drinks, cooking or baking), as temperatures of 70*C or above can hinder the medicinal qualities of the honey.
