Shipping policy

We offer New Zealand-Wide Shipping and Pick-Up from 2 locations in Tauranga.

- NZ SHIPPING - Courier orders are dispatched every Tuesday. Orders must be completed by Monday 12pm to make the same week delivery.

Our shipping times are updated with NZ Post as below:

• North/South Island - 1-3 working days
• Rural - 5-10 working days

- TAURANGA PICKUP - Orders are usually fulfilled in 48 hours, but times may vary. Follow the instructions at checkout.

Unfortunately, we do not yet ship internationally.
